My experience of Gavin is that he's the kid on the playground who not only knows you can make it across the monkey bars, but thinks it's the coolest thing in the world when you do.

Some coaches have powerful techniques and processes, others organically seem to bring out the best in you when all you thought you were doing is talking; Gavin is both kinds of coach in spades. I have experienced profound transformation just being in his presence, qualities to my character have powerfully emerged that I didn't know I had.

Working with Gavin was a joy! Gavin follows his intuition with guiding me to find what feels right to me and discovering the answers within. Gavin creates a space for me to explore my authenticity and reclaim my wholeness thru his insight and presence and comfort with himself. I highly recommend collaborating with Gavin if you are willing to explore wholeness with yourself.

We hired Gavin to work on an organizational development project in our division that had stalled out. Gavin brought laser-like focus and clarity to our work together. He rapidly identified the underlying dysfunctions that had been preventing us from moving forward. He's exceptional in his ability to quickly understand a system, to see where breakdowns have occurred, and identify corrective actions.  Gavin didn't push for specific solutions, but he was bluntly explicit about the pros and cons of different courses of action. I found his clarity and integrity to be an anchor in my decision-making.

Though it wasn't in our initial scope of work, he easily segued into training and coaching me (in addition to our planned work) when it was apparent I was going to need additional tools to unwind the dysfunctions at the heart of the intended project. Our work together was highly collaborative and went from big picture planning to micro-analysis as we moved organically through the issues as they presented.

I appreciated Gavin's habit of quick responses to my communications with him. His well-timed check-ins kept the ball moving, even when I was dragging my feet. I also appreciate his thorough documentation of our work together, which created more bandwidth for me during our meetings. Lastly, meetings with Gavin started and ended when we agreed they would, conserving and acknowledging that resource which, for me, is precious above all others: my time.
